So what sort of number of people would you say that applies to...?0 -

Just rude.
No wonder people are getting defensive. It's not because I saw the movie mate, and neither to the fact that I wish so see flavours in the street, a bit of safety and less drugs would be a nice place where to live, not east London for sure right now. What's wrong in what I said? I would like to live there, plus there is nothing of my interest in that zone, actually totally the opposite and/or up north.0 -

Did I mention the color of the skin? No! Then if British are mainly white or historically white, it's something I wasn't considering, I just mentioned British roots, that's it. You mentioned it like if it's a problem.

with all they bear from us.30 miles radius is something like up to Northampthon, in a while you can also reach Netherlands in the south, not really London ah...I bought 50 miles away from the center considering the road, no the radius.FROM A QUICK LOOK, considering working in London and the location preference and the decent interns, I would say this one, but bear in mind the the price could be dictated from the nearby railway which is noisy for sure, so it could be actually higher the value in that zone: https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/55659003?search_identifier=f9ca23338d1c84496e1d68f01b42ec5bNow, to be honest, it's not a nice zone, but I wouldn't mind to buy there compared to many other bad zones.500k mortgage is impossible for me, so it's just time wasted, I should have a salary around 120k to be eligible,...Or for you are valid other rules?

I don't understand why you'd want to buy a property in or near London anyway, it's a horrible place to live.
You could buy a plot of land and build your own house for half the price in better parts of the country...0 -

You could buy a plot of land and build your own house for half the price in better parts of the country...Sure, but if I work in London, how can I make it?I'm not going to travel 4 hours a day, considering that I should swap between car and the train and tube, it's out of discussion unless I plan to move in that city and work from there in remote, but let's be serious, not so many companies allow you to work almost every day from home...0 -
