    so i replaced the pump and STILL THE SAME.
    Unbelievable. 
    what the heck is going on with this thing?

    still perfect on bottom rack, whilst to rack is about 50% of the cleaning of the bottom rack.
    i just don't know. argggh

    Well done and thanks for coming back with an update.
  • I got a man out when we had this type of problem with our dishwasher and he told me that it can happen when you use the eco setting for the dishwasher all the time. It's worth using the hottest wash you can every now and again to 'melt' all the fat that gets clogged up in the pipes.

    Never been cleaned this way, before, and it is years old. Only took me half hour to clean out line this so it is well worth the time and effort , prior to expending unwarranted expense on new parts..as i did 😔

    I found that having cleaned mine like you have, an occasional maximum temperature wash with a glass-full of vinegar sitting upright in the top tray keeps the pipes clean thereafter.
