It's not nothing. If you get a 2nd strike, you're limited on what you can upload. Would be nice to build it enough to get a small amount of money come in from advertisment (I'm well aware the market for that is slowly dying if not already dead for very small channels and you need to have 100s of thousands of subs to make any money from it but still).

I've filled a counter claim which, unfortunately, means you have to give you address (which they could use to abuse you, as we all know what these parking enforcement companies are like). Their claim is they owned the content of the video, they don't so they have abused the strike process. I created it and I recorded it. When you create a website you can't claim copyright on the domain or layout of the website etc and I can't find any legal text that states you can't "Video record" you browsing a website. So they have no leg to stand on. They now have 10 days to show YouTube they are taking me to court or the video gets reinstanted. We'll see what happens. They ignored the other option which was me e-mailing them direct to retract the strike.

Ironically, their ParkShield group site still breaches GDPR as they still aren't redirecting to the SSL site. The first hit on a search and you end up at the insecure site.
