You cannot open a Popla appeal without a Popla code from the parking company

You can go online to the BPA website and complain online , attaching copies of all paperwork and add a brief timeline

You ignore debt collector letters

I did tell you all this one month ago , so this is like groundhog Day !!

Hi All, I was wondering whether someone could please help. My MP has been in contact with Premier Park regarding the above thread and my MP doesn't think they have a case. I've heard nothing from Premier Park since November. My MP haven't heard anything either.
I've picked up my mail and have a suspicious letter from PO Box 189 HD8 1DY, another dept collector, although this one seems a bit nastier. Should I return to sender? It's all quite daunting for me and it causes a lot of anxiety seeing these, but to me, it doesn't make sense to pay for a ticket on a day I was not parked in the car park for, nor for a period which I did not overstay (sorry, many double negatives), I'm frightened if I do pay, they'll then try to come after me for another day.
On the flip side, I'm so stressed by it all, I'm thinking of just paying to get them to go away.

Have you opened it?  Doesn't sound like you have.  How do you know it 'seems a bit nastier'?

Putting the PO Box and post code into Google suggests this is a debt collector working on behalf of financial institutions - MBNA was mentioned in some cases. 

But why are you worrying about debt collector letters?
