4G Mini Hub...is it possible to connect to a Sky Q box for live TV?

Options
We have been in our new build for 5 weeks now and keep having delays with openreach to install a landline/cabling enabling us have home broadband.

BT have provided us with a 4g mini hub which has speeds of up to 35mbps, not too bad for the area we live in.

I was just wondering, if I took out a TV package only with Sky, would the 4G mini hub be efficient enough to watch live tv such as sports, on demand etc?

Thanks in advance.

Q comes down a satellite dish.  You don't need internet for that, except for on-demand.

You may be thinking of Now TV, which does use internet streams to display its content.

should be fine for any streaming/on demand service - minimum is 3gbps for SD and about 8 for HD - try it using a free service like iplayer or ITV hub first? As above, for 'normal' Sky, you use a dish for live tv
