You don't have to pull out yet. View some more houses, see what's out there right now. If you find one you get excited about, then pull out. It doesn't hurt just to look.

In that event (found a better house) I wouldnt even pull out. I'd just ghost them.Tell the solicitor to stop working on it, dont answer queries.1
