Shell Broadband end date?

Options
Hello,
I am leaving Shell Broadband but don’t know which date is the end date for contract.
Signed 24 September 2019 One year but activated went live 8 October 2019 which date is end of contract?
They have NOT notified me of the contract ending.
I have emailed them but no answer.
I thought they should tell you 49 days before contract end?
Thank you for help.

    Gas or Electric yes .
    ISP
End of Contract Notifications to existing subscribers (usually between 10-40 days before the end of your contract). This letter, text or email will include the end date of your current minimum term, details on the existing package and what you’ll be paying if you stay etc.

I logged to my account, I can’t find the contract length anywhere.
I took screen shots of the signing in page , signed 24 th September 2019 but did not go live untill 8 October 2019 so does the contract start 24 th or 8 th , I go around and around on the account page and can’t see the information.
Telephone assistance 11.00.am to 3.30 pm only.
    Can’t get through though...
Why not make it easy to see contract like others!

Have you tried looking at the first bill you received from Shell Energy to see if it mentions the date when your first billing period started?

    Thank you.
I looked at the first email from them, it said you current service provider may talk you out of switching. But remember - they’re only likely to raise the prices at the end of any deal they offer, WHICH WE NEVER DO.
This is not true as they already are offering only deal £10 more than current deal !
Signed with them through this site on a very good deal ,now raising price despite the promise!
