Hi I'm the registered keeper the driver. I have received the parking letter fine £90. I parked at Roaring Meg SC Stevenage retail park. I parked over there 11:22 and departed 14: 56. I have 5 months old baby. Went out with him the first time after long time. When you got small baby you have feed them change nappies and do shopping it takes to long and because the covid sometime you have to queue. I didn't knew the parking limit over there. I have to pay the fine by the 16-9-20. I have 3 year daughter as well. I haven't work from 4 years. Im Full time mum. I haven't appeal yet as English is not my first language as worried if I cannot write good one. My friend came as well the same time n we left same time she didn't get any fine letter. I have done some shopping in Debenhams as well. So need help not to pay fine pls. Any help and advice pls would be appreciate. Thank you

What do you need to know that's not already in the top sticky thread, NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST (one click back)?
In it, we tell people that Plan A is a complaint to the retail park and I give a link to a thread all about SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
