Double ordering Virgin?

Hi, I'm in need of some opinions please.
I've signed up with Virgin a month or so ago and today I've had the external installation and I'm due to have the box installation this Saturday.
What I'd like to know is, I've seen a package offer which ends tonight which has a bill refund offer.
Could I order that online tonight and ring tomorrow to cancel the "old" package, which was different by the way.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
