We're all quick to complain when things go wrong or take longer than expected so I thought I should share my experience and say well done to Virgin Money and Coventry Building Society for initiating and completing my Cash Isa transfer request within 2 working days. Outstanding service by both banks/building societies

I had similar experience when transferring from Charter Savings to Ford Money. Great service. Opposite was true transferring from Nationwide1
