Hi, just received parking fine for £350 and saying now ccj against me. I have not acknowledged this about 30 months. Parked over time in Factory Shop. Now on universal credit. Another co. taken ad given me a further week to pay. Looks like has beaten David... Please please help, l am at my wit's end..

Who is Goliath? Did you ignore court papers? Have you changed address in the time a little before the parking event and now? Was the address on your V5C (logbook) correct at the time of the parking event? Is it correct now - check, don't guess?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Had threats, but not official docs. from any courts. Only ignored CEL letters. Car in my wife's name, still have this car.0

Car in wife's name, I was driving and sorting on wife's behalf. Address same as logbook, was same address as incident recorded by camera. Tried to check credit score but says "file too thin"0

Has there been a County Court Judgment (CCJ) issued against your wife or you? If so what is the date of it?

It says only says ccj on paperwork from car parking co. No official paperwork from any courts. All mail addressed to my wife as her name on log book.0
