Why can only Origin provide me with fibre?

As per the title. Just moved house. Couldn't see any providers that could offer me fibre so ended up going with talktalk standard. Had lots of issues and have now cancelled. Now I have noticed origin broadband stating they can give me fibre at my address. Something seems a bit weird as no other provider (having checked every otion on most comparison sites) is giving me this option. I'm aware there could be 'empty' spaces in our areas box which origin could occupy. However, I've read lots of bad reviews of origin and something tells me I might not be getting what I pay for.
Any advice?

TalkTalk is normally unbundled and a lot of providers through the comparison sites say they can't touch it. Last time I was with TalkTalk everybody else decided they couldn't supply me. Came off it and now they can supply me again. If you go to the providers direct you'll probably find they will give you some prices.0
