So, bit of a saga, but it always tends to be with 3.
I joined 3 broadband late last year for their new 5G broadband service. (formerly Relish) all WAS going swimmingly
June/July time I was informed that three and threebroadband were merging (essentially getting rid of historic relish systems etc)
I got the call early august and agreed to stay with 3 as the service so far had been working ok.
I got an email from them on 16th August saying the following:

Just a quick note to say your 5G Three Broadband service has now been cancelled on 16th August 2020 and you've officially been upgraded to Three's wider 5G network. Next steps There is no need to return your 5G hub. We will be sending you a new SIM in advance of your switch over date. We'll let you know when you can swap your SIM but keep using your existing service as normal. You may experience some interference either before or on your switch over date but after this it'll be back to planet fun. I now received a call from them yesterday saying if I do not return the router they are going to charge me £350.00. |
