    I'm afraid you may be stuck because you didn't allow them to address the problem. Getting another hairdresser to cut them off has denied them the chance to fix it.

    I assume the three photos are publicity shot, you before and then you afterwards?  If so, your hair looked lovely as it was, so do consider the need for extensions. 
    If you look at Pic 2 & 3 the real hair is not the same colour at the ends. Quite a bit lighter, but all other background colours in pic match.
    Given that it appears that real hair is coloured, how long between consultation & actual fixing on 04/09? Which could explain the non colour match.
