Anyone else see a weird charges amount ?
Looking at my SIL's account pending call charges are over £10. She does have a habit of using the 35p ringback feature but should not have any other charges on her new £7/700 contract. Done some delving and it seems they have added all calls billed back to December to the current period even though they were paid on the previous bills. Probably a simple glitch that will be corrected but a heads up to check.
edit : looks like a glitch, back charges had disappeared when bill produced.
