Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a CRM system for a small new business start up?
Ideally to capture new enquiries information (name, mobile number, e-mail address etc) and produce basic statistics on a monthly basis - i.e. number of enquiries received etc.
Obviously in line with GDPR.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Used both Salesforce and Sugar in the past and both are reasonable... a lot comes down to personal preferences, what level of customisation you want to do and budget.

Zoho for a small business. It's free and has the usual CRM functionality. Salesforce is an odd recommendation for a micro business. Set up integration to your Mailchimp account, you can do a one-way or both-way sync.

I've used Bitrix24 in the past. It was free and I only had to pay for calls if I wanted to use that feature. (Your able to call leads / enquiries directly from the CRM)
Another one is HubSpot. I've heard only good things but I'm yet to try them myself.
Most CRM platforms have a free trial or membership tier so I'd suggest try a few and see what works best for you

Hi to start off we used hubspot and still do most of the CRM parts you need are free it’s only when you want to do things like automated marketing across large customers and other more in-depth CRM things you have to pay

Well, you should figure out your requirements that what features do you need in a CRM that you need, you can choose a CRM according to them. In my opinion The Real Estate CRM is providing a wide range of features, you can look at it if it fulfills all your requirements.
