hello, I am wandering if someone could help me out, I have stumbled across a 5000 lira coin and I was wandering if I could get this exchanged anywhere for GBP Sterling?

You are probably better off selling it on ebay given that it is no longer legal tender and the deadline for exchanging has passed.
Following a period of hyper inflation Turkey knocked 6 zeros off its currency and in real terms your coin is currently worth about 1p.

No bureau will take coins IMO especially coins that are not legal tender.0
