Samsung Galaxy A20 - dual sim?

Hi all
Potentially a stupid question...I need to work out if my A20 is dual sim.
Most sources online says that it is, and there are many videos which shows 2 sim slots. Eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtIQjcO_gD8
But my sim slot only has space for one sim card, like this one... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMAV9Pc-Uts
Does this mean that my phone is not dual sim? Or just that I need to buy another slot holder?

The phone comes in both Single and Dual-Sim versions. What is the model number?

I can't play the videos, but if your phone has only one slot then it's a single SIM model. You can also confirm in the settings, there will be no dual SIM settings category. You cannot modify or add anything to convert to dual SIM. If you obtained it from a mobile network, they often only supply the single SIM version of a handset model.

In the second video it certainly looks like that model has only one sim space. The s.d. card space doesn't have the correct profile for a sim. Some phones do have the abilty for either one sim and a sd card or two sims, no sd card. I would say it was very likely that your version is one sim and one sd card only. There is no cut out for a scond sim, at the inner end of the removeable tray, which would be sim 1.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A71. I know this does not answer the OP question, but this is the first phone I have had that has 3 slots:- SIM1, SIM2 & SD Card.

Previous phones were SIM1 & SIM2/SD Card.

Thanks. It is SM-A205W - I've searched and it seems to not be dual sim.
