Holiday pay as part if redundancy

I am being made redundant partly due to Covid19. 15 years service. I have been in discussions with my employer and I'm trying to find out if they can include holidays in my notice period or does it need paying separately I have 18 days holidays accrued?
I will remain on Furlough but get my full wage for the 12 week period.
Any information would be appreciated

It also is not part of any enhanced redundancy package you may receive.1 -
holidays will be included in the notice period. but the company may choose to pay you in addition if they feel generous.1

it depends on your contract. Have a look to see if it says anything under termination. Some companies make you use your holiday accrual as part of notice and some merely pay holiday out in addition to contractual notice but it will depend on what your contract states. To be honest if you want holiday to be included in notice and they are prepared to do this, regardless of contracts, that is fine.1

if there is no contractual obligation and they forget to tell you that you will be using holiday for some of the notice period then it should be paid on termination.0
