o2 contract gone sour
Hello everyone,
I'm on an o2 contract that I thought expired after 12 months. After getting the confirmation letter and details of my contract, I was surprised to see it was an 18 month contract, but the deal I got was good so I wasn't too bothered.
Now 11 months are almost up, and so I thought I'd check my conditions again by phoning customer services just in case something dodgy was going on and hey presto...something dodgy is going on.
It turns out that the contract is £15 for the first 12 months only, and there after, £35. I'm almost certain that I didn't agree to an 18 month contract, and definately not to and 18 month contract with only the first 12 at £15.
They said they'd find the conversation we had and check what has been said but I am skeptical.
What can I do?

You can probably downgrade to any price plan you want seeing as you are 12 months into the price plan.0
