Question about Stocks and Shares ISA

I set-up a Stocks and Shares ISA with HL last year. It's currently got a few different shares and about £50 cash in it. I haven't paid into it this tax year.
I'd like to open a new S&S ISA at a different provider this year. I'm aware I won't be able to pay anything into the HL one again this year, but is it OK to trade within it? Eg sell one stock and buy another, or use up some of the remaining cash balance as long as I don't deposit extra to the account?

Yes, the ISA rules only restrict new money being paid into multiple accounts.
