You need to write 17 and 18 yourself. Only you know what sort of car park it was and why you were there!

No you can't use the #17 stuff about the POFA if you've admitted to driving, so remove that and write about what the Defendant was doing and why they were authorised and not in breach, and what sort of car park it was, etc.  All the facts you can think of but NOT written as ''I did this''.

A defence (as you've seen) says 'The Defendant did this...that...'.

You write it a new #17 and 18 that style, then show us.
Sorry, I'm still quite confused here. I wasnt authorised to park there if I didnt pay the parking fee? Is that not correct?

I have returned to the carpark. I have had a look around and if youre coming from the entrance. If you came in from the other pedestrian entrance then there is more signs. I will use this as one of my defence as coming in from the car entrance side there is no signs regarding the tariff etc.

How is it confusing to do this really small part of the defence?  I don't understand.

There is nothing confusing about writing about the car park and event; only you know that.  We don't.

You must write it.  Come on, it even tells you in my notes near #17 and #18 what sort of thing to talk to talk about...

Hey guys, just an update on everything.
The claim has been transfered to my local Court on 29th Nov and I am still waiting? Does anyone know how long this process usually is?

I've also written to the local MP explaining about the abuse of power/extoritionate charges, which they have just had a response. Basically being told that money is owed and I need to speak to the debt recovery to sort it out...
I wouldve thought the local MPs have a good understanding of what goes in behind these companies,

So, in the meantime is there anything else I can bring up to the local MP?

    How long what process is?

29th November is four days away - a Sunday. Is that the date of your hearing or what?

Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to show us the latest Notice you have received from the Court.

Silly me, i was meant to say the claim was transfered to my local court on 29th OCTOBER. This was the latest notice I've received.

Is it worth writing to the MP again to put pressure on ECP?

A typical case can be up to 6 months

Your defence went in a couple of months ago ? So assume spring or summer 2021 , especially due to covid

Abuse of power is incorrect , nothing to do with power

Tell the MP to check the government discussions in parliament , the sir Greg Knight parking bill , Robert Jenrick Mhclg progress with the BSI , Rishi Sunak was dealing with it until he became chancellor of the Exchequer

It's not as if Hansard doesn't have information about the topic

I think the 29th November is a typo

Hi guys, hope youre all well.
I've received a letter from the court confirming a court date.
I've also requested my SAR 2 weeks ago from ECP and have yet to receive a reply from them. I've attached my v5 as proof of ID aswell.

Should I email ECP and the solicitor to put pressure on them or to confirm that theyve received the request?

Nope , your SAR gave 30 days , they all do , 14 days is less than half that time
