At least they have woken up to the fact that it was rather strange to include whole countries rather than regions/islands within countries. Now hopefully they will remove restrictions on the Canary Island rather than lump under the Spanish mainland.

All however still disjointed, and too late.

Anyone been through Gatwick recently and seen if they have updated the process for checking arrivals? When this farce started the paper forms that the government required from arriving passengers were optionally placed into an old cardboard box on the floor by arriving passengers. That after passengers from inbound flights from countries without quarantine restrictions all stood together in the passport control area with those arriving off flights from red zone quarantine countries.
Locator forms from arriving passengers are now submitted online.

7 greek islands have been added to the quarantine list for those returning to England from 4am Wednesday; so there is some parity for you. As the saying goes, careful what you wish for.
Which are not all the same islands that Wales have quarantined. So even more confusing?

Or I believe you can print out the form and hand into Border Force, or rather just chuck in a cardboard box left on the floor for them to probably throw out later.

I recently passed through Heathrow terminal 5. Anyone who hadn't submitted online was directed to a "naughty corner" with terminals or tablets to complete or submit before passing through passport control.

Landed back in Gatwick Monday night.
They require the PLF to of been completed, showing it on the phone was fine, wasn't allowed through without it. From what I could see, there was no paper forms available to fill out, those who had not done one were given an iPad to complete the form on. I had already done mine before landing but the staff were very helpful and ok with those (90% of the flight) who hadn't.

I don't know why there isn't more awareness made of the need to complete the form before returning back to the UK, I only stumbled across it by chance when double checking nothing had changed for entry requirements into Slovenia.
Thought when booking a flight something could of been added to the confirmation or when flying out, there could of been signs/notices mentioning it.
