FCO advises against travel to Morocco

I have a holiday booked on the 22 September to agadir Morocco,  the FCO advises against travel and the borders are not open to tourism.  What are my rights On the beach are saying the flight is going ahead and the hotel is open but that is no good to me if I can't enter as the borders are closed for tourism. I booked the holiday in February and now don't know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
