Barclays bounce back loan approved and then they’ve gone back

I am unbelievably disappointed and upset with how My company and I have been treated by Barclays with regard to the BBL. firstly it took months to open a business bank account due to wrong information given then no one able to process the application etc. Eventually it was opened and I applied for a BBL. A very helpful stand in business manager enabled us to apply after countless error messages he advised a letter from our accountant would be good to speed the process up as we are a young company. He took all blockers off the account and we applied online. Within a few hours we got our acceptance email and were told the money would be in our account within 24 hours. Nothing happened. Hours and days on the phone being fobbed off Only to be told that there was no mandate on the account. Barclays error not ours. Mandate signed and taken into branch. Sent to mandate team as instructed by a Barclays employee to the helpful guy in the branch. They said they’d confirm receipt and money would then be drawn down. Waited 24 hours - nothing. Called and called waited for hours, confirmed mandate received to wrong team. Their error not ours once again. Sent to correct team once again told money would be drawn down within 2 days. Again nothing. Went back into the branch after waiting in the phone for 6 hours both days, told we should just wait they couldn’t find out what was wrong didn’t know what was holding it up. Then later We phoned held for hours and eventually we were told It was stuck in a queue for draw down would we like to wait or withdraw it.  Explicitly said do not withdraw it as concerned it would mess it up further.  The next day  They rang us to say we had requested a call back for a customer assisted journey, we said we hadn’t why were they calling, only to be told they had withdrawn it. Absolutely disgusted , raised a complaint, did the customer assisted journey as by now we were The second week into the process After being accepted and being told it would be available in 24 hours. Within a few hours received another approval email, and my loan agreement With all the terms and loan amount and terms and conditions  which i had to accept and sign online, did it within a few minutes and receiveD My confirmation. I was then told the funds would take 24/48 hours to be drawn down and appear in the business account. Once again this did not happen. Phoned again spoke to numerous people who said they didn’t know what was wrong/ couldn’t help. Absolute shambles. Then emailed head of business banking on linked in who referred the case to complaints and an executive team. They couldn’t find out what was wrong and assured they would call each day at 10 am until it was resolved. They did not call once then the leader of the complaints lied and said they had never agreed to contact every day. Outrageous . Then eventually after days of nagging and hours upon hours on hold they eventually said it may be delayed due to having another application. Never applied anywhere else for a BBL, Couldn’t . Only application was the one they did and withdrew against my wishes. I explained this they didn’t  seem to understand and  said they’d come back to me. No one came back to me. Called again spoke to customer services after hours on hold again, the person who was trying to help couldn’t understand what was wrong as they said you’re approved it’s all gone through So it may take a few days to appear in your account. Then someone in the executive team deemed it acceptable to send me an email advising in needed to provide further info. I couldn’t believe it how could I have got through twice and have my loan agreement with T&Cs and all signed for with declaration made as to when the money would appear only to be told more information was needed. I patiently explained I’d already provided the accountants letter etc and surely there was no need for anything else  the company was eligible , proved to be so and was approved TWICE and loan agreement sent and signed for. Anyway I sent further information, only for them to not confirm receipt and to not reply again for 3 more days to them say the information want “quite” right and asked for more. I yet again provided this however at this point I believe I am being discriminated against and given the run around. Error upon error has happened once day one of opening my account. From them saying no mandate meant money couldn’t be drawn down, so how did a client pay me and that money appeared? . To end this, I am feeling extremely depressed and upset and feel I have nowhere to turn. I’ve emailed daily, copies the whole team in to get answers, they don’t reply for  days and days Then just give another rubbish excuse. I think they are making all these excuses up as to why the money has not been drawn down into my account. No one from the complaints team has responded. Finally went into the branch again where my helpful guy  I’d seen before helped and sent a direct email  To the team asking for updates. A lady replied saying my latest documents were under review to which I said how can anything be under review you’ve approved me and sent the loan agreement. Yet again that’s as completely ignored and when I got home one fo the “executives” had finally replied simply stating they wouldn’t be progressing my application. It isn’t an application anymore it was approved and signed for . It was agreed the company was eligible and approved . How can this be happening. I don’t know how I will survive this unless it  is resolved . I feel they thought it was too much hasslento correct the mistake they made (who knows What that was) so instead of having to communicate with me and sort it they’ve decided they cannot be bothered. I am absolutely disgusted. No customer care , I am in sever financial crisis I have used my personal money To find business and lost clients due to the time spent on this and the emotional toll it has taken. Please can someone help or advise how it is possible to be accepted and approved and be sent the agreement all signed off and informed funds are being drawn down  just to be told it’s not progressing. I feel there is a glitch and after reading all the other errors I think they have misled, lied and avoided dealing with the issue. I am at my wits end and cannot cope. I would also like to add I have been a personal customer of Barclays since woolwich bank transferred me across over 10 years ago. The service has always been terrible but this takes the biscuit.

    When did you start the business?
    When did you open the business account?
    How did you do business banking between those two dates?
    What business sector are you in?
    Do you have business premises?
    Did you use CJRS?
    How much BBL did you apply for?
