hi, so long story short. We are both self employed, have a couple of defaults and a ccj on our credit file so after being turned down by previous brokers we spoke to simply. They have amazing reveiws on trust pilot and got us a DIP within 24hours with Bliestone.
Simply did a pre-underwrite to make sure they had all information needed and then submitted the application 2 weeks ago today.
I understand they have a back log at the minute but the last update was we are in the underwriting queue from yesterday.
The wait is killing me. Dont want to get excited incase it gets declined but also need them to hurry up lol.
We are first time buyers and been completely honest from the get the get go. Anyone have recent experience with Bluestone morgages? Do they take forever?
Thank you...
