HI,
I have £250 a  month to put into an isa, which won't be touched for at least 10 years. So I'm looking for a long term isa with a good return. Any help would be great. Thanks

What type of ISA?

Are you willing to risk the capital for greater returns? If so you are looking at a stocks and shares, if not cash (or cash lifetime isa - see below). If you are a first time buyer and saving to buy a house a lifetime ISA is probably best, whether cash or stocks and shares if you are amenable to risk. 

Over 10 years 'likely' (but not guaranteed) stocks and shares will beat cash. But you have to be willing to suffer potential drops in value. 

Depending on your age a combination of stocks and shares ISA and/or pensions/stocks and shares lifetime ISA may be more appropriate. Pensions generally more tax efficient but obviously not accessible until retirement.
