Morrisons Delivery damage to property issue

On the 14th July 2020 a Morrisons delivery to one of my neighbours was made, the driver reveresed back into our garden wall and severley damaged it, to the point where we had to call the police to get advice on public safety. We have called Morrisons several time but we have yet to get any answers or clarity on who or at what stage our claim is at. we have a ref No (25430998) but thats as far as Morrisons have got. They just keep bouncing you around from one dept to another, hoping you will give up. (No chance of that) It is really so difficult to get intouch with someone in 2020. I recently had quadruple heart bypass surgery, and this is not helping my recovery. I am really disapointed in Morrisons lack of response and also the delivery driver just drove off, without a word.

Do you have legal cover with your house insurance?0

Issue is for your neighbour to resolve; they ordered the Morrisons delivery so their contract is with them. You could get an estimate from a builder for the cost of putting the work right and then formally write to your neighbour requiring them to either fix it at their cost or pay you the cost to rectify the issue. Whether they pay or chase Morrisons is over to them.0

You could try writing to their chief executive by email. If you Google you'll find an email address. Of course it won't be picked up by him directly but it will be picked up by people more senior than those who answer the phones.0
