You start by saying " I'm emailing as the registered keeper...", but later state "the car in question was not the car that I was the registered keeper of".
Clarity and unambiguity are important.
And I understand what you mean, in the start it was in regards to me being the keeper of the car they allege committed the offence (not anymore, it's sold but at that time) whereas I am clarifying that the car in question committing the offence isn't my car. Shall I just remove the first part and say I'm emailing in regards to... ?

In regards to the original PCR with Prem. Parking Solutions.
I've received the SAR that I requested.
Is the next step them sending me a Notice of Claim?
If so, would it be advised that I start building my defence from the above links that I was sent?
