    Sorry if teaching Granny egg sucking, but have you tried just Googling tpos for your council, maybe county if not town?
    When I search for TPOs I get huge lists, all by councils, maybe your one's there but not obvious?

    Yes and it says to contact the council - there is no list openly available.

    I don't think we should get carried away by the ecosystem thing. It's a conifer and it's not native so it's not in the same league as native trees. However it is a rather lovely looking conifer. I can see the neighbours complaining.
  • Surely when you buy a house the solicitor would tell you if there are any TPOs? Seems ridiculous that you have to contact the council about a specific tree on your property rather than it being on the documents of the property sale.
