Virgin Broadband - how to contact

Options
My current Virgin Broadband/ landline deal ends 20/9.  I have tried for last 3 days to contact via chat and end up getting as far as someone will contact me within 24 hours which doesn’t happen. Have also tried contacting by phone but can’t get to talk to anyone.  Any advice on best way to give 30 days notice so I can negotiate a new contract?

Hi, I spoke to them this morning and gave my notice to leave (with no intention to renegotiate with these cowboys).  Call 0345 454 1111.  You have to go through all the roundabout pushing of buttons but go to 'changes to your contract' and 'leaving us for any other reason'.
  • I hope you get more luck than i got, I was offered 80PM for a 65PM contract (I was looking at it on my computer in disbelief as she gave me the figures) baring in mind Ive not had brilliant customer service with them in terms of connection. I am happy to leave currently. I will sleep on it and possibly try again on the weekend or just give in my notice.

Got through and have given 30 days notice as unable to match my currect deal of £27.50pm for broadband/landline no calls package.  Will wait and see if I get a call.
