    23 Aug 19 to 9 Nov 19 - 1,175kW - (UNDER POWERSHOP, ALL FROM  9TH NOV ARE UNDER EON)
    9th Nov 20 to 26 Feb - 11380kW
26 Feb 20 to 27 May 20 - 10380 kW - We disputed this and got it revised to the following line with an actual reading.
    26 FEB 20 to 30 May 20 - 808 kW a drop of 9572kW
    30 May to 22 Aug - 2702 kW
    14,890 from 9th Nov 2019 to 22nd Aug 2020.

This doesn't sound right : 11380 kW Nov - Feb (I think you mean kWh or is this the meter reading ?) and 9572 Feb - |May but only (!!!!!!!!!!!) 14,890 kWh a year

Or are these meter readings ?  A copy of the bill - blank out the personal info.
Can you post the actual meter readings please and include the letters A, E, C

I'd like to see what is on the other side of that large 'meter changed' card in the photos ...

From the info on the meter it looks like a 2004 unit so the info will be rather out of date

    23 Aug 19 to 9 Nov 19 - 1,175kW  2.5 months, average 470kWh
    9th Nov 20 to 26 Feb - 11380kW  4 months, average 2850kWh
    26 FEB 20 to 30 May 20 - 808 kW   3 months, average 270kWh
    30 May to 22 Aug - 2702 kW   3 months average 900kWh
Your usage isn't low any month, but the November to Feb part of the billing is much higher.  This makes me want to confirm the change of suppliers and that the last meter reading used by the previous supplier was indeed identical to the first reading used by the new supplier.

I would hope so, but it looks in good condition so it would be nice to eliminate it as a cause...

Your room mate has a lot to answer for - in January you owed over £1500. Action then might have nipped this issue in the bud.

Did you have a Powershop online account? The readings may be there.

Easiest would be if someone kept the bills from that supplier, but they should be able to resend.  However, the bills you uploaded have a customer reading of 00794 which would also need to be wrong for this to apply.
