I think with a specific hospital appeal that the NHS Trust are likely to review, the template is NOT the best option and they should do the appeal they planned except for this bit, which is utter rubbish and probably came from the dreadful out of date MSE appeal template:YodaMumma said:Remove that immediately but use the rest. The penalties being issued are for £100 and in no way represent a fair charge. The amount being claimed in the parking notice is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss to the Trust and is wholly unfair.
