I wondered if anyone else is having trouble withdrawing money from their premium bonds account? Tried to withdraw 2 weeks ago online but request was blocked. Was advised to send a paper request but they haven’t auctioned it and they just say there is a ‘technical issue’ on my account.

Advice to anyone wanting to withdraw is to allow a couple of weeks!
