Help with Basset and Gold claim

I'm trying to help my dad. He told me today that Basset and Gold who he has invested in with an ISA has gone to administrators. He said everything was done with them over the phone so he doesn't recall having any paperwork. i'm going to trawl his email and see what I can find. Are there any templates etc that might help me. It seems as if he was mis-sold on the product
