New FairFX Currency card is confusing and FairFX are unhelpful, possibly falsely advertising

I am being forced to change my FairFX Euro card into its new 15 currency card. I have no problem with that. However when updating I am presented with two cards: a £0.50 ATM transaction fee card or a £1 ATM transaction fee card. The difference stated is the former is suitable for personal and business use. I wondered why FairFX would have a card with a higher fee for no particular advantage.
I contacted them and at first the representative said she did not know but would pass it on and get back to me. This has not happened in a couple of weeks.
I tentatively chose the cheaper card and read the terms and conditions. They clearly state the fee is £1, contradicting the initial statement. I also pointed this out.
I would like to report this to some watchdog. To whom would I report it as this seems illegal? I have given up on FairFX's help team - I have given them a fair chance to fix it.

In the FAQ on their website it states
Why am I offered two cards with different ATM fees?

Some of our suppliers offer us more attractive terms for bringing business customers. As a company who is committed to providing all of our customers with great rates and solutions, we are keen to ensure that any customer who uses our card products for both business and consumer purposes can benefit from these better terms - and hence you will see that the lower ATM fees appear on the solution suitable for both personal and business use, while the higher fees apply when the card is used ONLY for personal use.
