EE P30 Pro Offer delined
Hi all,
Quick summary and would appreciate thoughts about how best t proceed.
In June I upgarded my phone with EE to get a P30 Pro New Edition, this would enable me to receive a GTe watch free once applied for.
Phone arrived, new account set up and claim submitted.
Claim validated.
Yesterday informed that I did not have a P30 Pro New Edition just a P30 Pro. All documentation referred to New Edition.
Checked with EE and they have basically said I should have had the New Edition but was sent the wrong one.
Huawei will not now send a watch even if I get a new phone (fair enough to their T&Cs)
EE admitted fault but have just offered either £30 credit or to return the phone (they have extended the 14 day period).
So my question is. Do I accept one of the above or continue the complaint to the Ombudsman.
Note : I would prefer to be without the phone if possible and actually quite like it so happy to retain but £30 seems a bit miserly when the watch is selling for £129.
Appreciate any thoughts even if its to point and laugh!

EE have offered to cancel the contract. Thats all they have to do so I would take that and get a better deal elsewhere1
