TalkTalk internet cut outs every Sunday issue

We`ve been with TalkTalk for a number of years and never really had a problem as annoying or as a big as this and we need to know a way to resolve this as it`s becoming a joke.
Since last year, without fail our internet cuts off at midnight on a Sunday for a hour. We`re pretty sure it`s not us because our Internet works every other hour of the day all week and we have read online that many other people are experiencing the same problem. We have contacted TalkTalk regarding the matter and they said it`s basically us, not them. I have tried countless times to resolve the issue but it gets no where and we go round in circles. We pay our bill on time and to be paying the price we do with the service we get is not justifable.
We have considered moving to a different company - But know that`s a lot of hassle and pay out so at the moment want to avoid that.
Any solutions? Would we be entitled to compensation?

So the router loses connection to the internet and you can no longer see the wifi SSIDs?0

Can any devices connect at this time - both wired and wireless?
Do your phones still see and connect to the SSIDs, even if you don't have internet access?0 -
Event log on router >>Worth doing a test next Sunday and reporting back with lights etc .0

Don't suppose that you have a burglar alarm connected to the phone system? Some of these systems "phone home" at the same time every week. Or a PC set to update at midnight on a Sunday night??0

I know my mobile still receives notifications whilst the internet is off, But I can`t go onto the internet.

Hi - very common problem with TalkTalk.There is a service called HomeSafe - there are a few things in there like KidsSafe and Homework Time. If any of these are enabled, disable them.3
