Aspiration, aren't you on 16? I think you were already on 15? ... Either way definitely don't beat yourself up ... 24 is a very high target I think. Jammy, thank you, the dentist's visit went fine. I'm not having a great month NSD-wise though, the dishwasher is leaking water so I'm about to call the dishwasher repair guy because I couldn't work out why it was doing that, plus my swing-out bin in the kitchen broke so think I'll have to replace it. Oh well, just one of those months I guess
