Ryanair refund

12 days ago I received a email from ryanair saying they were going to refund my cancelled flights back to my credit card in 5/7 working days. Yet still nothings come through. Anybody else having this?

Yup same email about 2 weeks ago. Checking the bank app daily and they've repaid nothing yet.Ive read it can still be a few weeks till you get the money.0

I received the “5-7” days email on Friday 28 August and the refund appeared today Wednesday 2 September. I’m sorry that does not explain a 12 day delay.1
