    Thank you Keep-pedalling you seem to understand my situation it does seem I should go but with my current disabilities I have no where else to go but to an nursing home.

    That is unlikely. You are clearly not receiving round-the-clock care now (otherwise your husband would never be allowed near you) so there is no obvious reason you would not be moved to a residential home or sheltered accommodation.
    As Keep pedalling says, speak to Refuge or another charity.
    Your priority is getting away from him, the stuff about Wills and the business are just a distraction.
