Tips for contacting Green Flag to stop auto-renew?

Been trying for several days to contact Green Flag. No response on phone, and chat never appears to work. I did manage some spurious contact via facebook, however, that was also unsuccessful. In desperation, I sent an email to Directline Group CEO- no response.
I just want to stop my auto-renew.
