British airways not sending booking confirmation

Hi all,
I've got an issue that is driving me mad and I don't know what to do. I had a flight booked in the height of the pandemic with BA, and it was cancelled and I choose voucher option instead of refund. I then booked another flight in June this year, but still hadn't received my booking confirmation, only a reference number someone on the phone gave me as you had to phone an operator to redeem the voucher. I've complained numerous times via telephone and email regarding this, but still don't have any correspondence from BA regarding that flight! My reference number isn't recognised when I log in via there website BUT whenever I phone BA customer service, the operators swear blind that it's there and it's just an oversight! But three months on I still have NOTHING from BA with the flight details and certainly don't have a e ticket number.
Any suggestions? I'm completely at a loss as to what to do, I've emailed twice ( gets ignored ) and phoned twice ( spoke to someone who promised I'd get the conf ).
Is there something sinister going on? Any help is appreciated!

Check with BA that they have your correct email address in the new booking.
Check your SPAM folder.0 -
Already done that, when I enquired via telephone the second time I double checked everything.0

Do you have an existing account on BA.com? If not your could open one. From their try adding your reservations to your account. Presumably you have a BA PNR that is made up of six alphanumerical characters like R4FGYR.0
