Why does this need a new thread?  What is wrong with the OP's other thread?

I’ve been with Start for two years now. Called them out once for a home start last year, the mechanic was at my house in 15 mins (annoyingly, I’d just caught a train to work. If I’d waited for him, I could have driven as usual and I wouldn’t have even been late in.)

I always shop around when renewing, like all good MSEers, but Start offered me a really good renewal price, less than the previous year, for being a “loyal” customer. I can’t remember the last time a company did that, without me having to call and haggle first. It’s a yes from me.

It says in that article they are a ‘newer’ company. I have an old policy with them dated Sept.2015 but I’ve no idea when they first started trading.

Can't comment on the call out service as I have not needed to call them out yet but I have been with them for about 4 years. £85 for national recovery for two specified cars both of which are now over 10 years old. The website is superb to use if you need to change a vehicle.

You could change the subject to What is the best recovery company  rather than starting a thread about each individual one.

Been with them 3 years since autoaid put up their prices. Can't comment on call out response as not have had any need.
