I don't know if anyone is suffering or anyone is interested but BT have introduced a new email user interface for it's webmail and this took place May/ June this year. They did this as people are being moved away from yahoo to their own system. All I will say is that it's a right dogs dinner and I would suggest anyone interested to have a read on BTs forum by putting "monstrous bt" into google and following the linked pages.....it's at 160+ pages at the moment. Users are being told that improvements are coming as is Christmas but until then we're having to find work arounds which is all very well if you're IT literate and can set up other systems to accept your BT emails. Have a read.
