Of course, I understand there's a process to follow - but landlords shouldn't be forced to keep the business going with endless legislation if they want to quit.
Once the adequate notice is provided properly, they should be able to remove the tenant - which is what I understand is fine from the legislation. The landlord simply shouldn't have to spend thousands to change their own property in ways they don't want to.
It seems they just can't refuse to adapt the property but keep the tenant anyway (which is correct).1 -
