locked phone can anyone help

I just got a new mobile Samsung S10 lite.  I seem to have locked it somehow and now I can't use it.  Can anyone help?

Tried and tried but no matter what I do it still asks for a password

instructions say press in volume control and side button and that brings the android reset page up.  Not on my phone it, all that happens when I press the volume and side button is the phone comes back on and it asks for a password again

Its should be a THREE button configuration as per the instructions in that link .

Hold down Vol Up + Bixby

Continue holding add press Power Button

Samsung logo appears release all buttons .

There are only two buttons on my phone, a volume and a side button to turn on and off.  There is no bixby button.

It mentions Bixby but you have to get in to use it and to get in it asks for a password so your back to that problem again.

Thank you, I tried that site followed all directions all seemed to go well but when I went back to my screen once again it asked

for a password.

Just tried again and it this time worked, still not fully completed but at at least I know now to get a factory reset,  many thanks
