Kiwi.com flights changed to earlier time

I opted for a refund and they have sent the following message:
Booking XXXXXXXXX: Part of your refund is on the way
Partial refund sent
We’re pleased to inform you that we’ve sent you a partial refund of 11 EUR via your original payment method.
Due to international banking regulations, the transfer can take up to 10 working days to arrive. If you haven’t received your money after this time, please contact your bank to see if the funds need to be released.
If other parts of your booking haven’t been refunded yet, we’ll contact you as soon as we have any updates from the carrier(s).

Kiwi.com SupportLoganair are quoted as advising "Having reviewed your booking, I note that the departure time of the scheduled service you were booked to travel was amended by over 5 hours and as such your booking is eligible for a full refund."
Kiwi.com's refund policy even said that they will try to recover as much of the fee as possible from the airline. There's a huge difference between 11 Euros and the full price of £335.98 (GBP).
I think this is disgusting. Other travel agents are doing more for their customers. Loganair even confirming in writing that they processed a full refund to Kiwi.com. It seems that Kiwi.com are laughing all the way to the bank ripping their customers off. I am on the phone to them now waiting in the queue.
