Money disappearing from 3 PAYG credit

Question for 3 PAYG users.
Has anyone noticed that their balance has been mysteriously decreasing without any calls being made? I first noticed this in July and every few days 3p will be deducted from my balance despite no calls being made. I called customer services and they could see from my records that my own number is on my call history. So basically I'm calling myself despite this isn't even being shown on my own phone's call history. Customer services said this shouldn't happen and would investigate but I never got a call back from them. This stopped for a couple of weeks so I thought 3 fixed a bug in their system but it's happening again. Has anyone else comes across this as well?
I also noticed that on every 23rd text or thereabouts (but generally it's the 23rd text) that instead of being charged 2p, I get charged 3p. Again customer services said they'll take a look as this shouldn't happen as each text should cost 2p no more and no less but it seems nothing has been done as it's still occurring. Obviously if this is happening to all 3 customers, then it adds up to a tidy sum for 3. It'll be interesting to hear if anyone has kept records and noticed this as well.

the gentle depleting of funds is usually because you've left mobile data on in your phone settings. If you've had an Android update (ie to 10 from 9) mobile data is on by default.0

3 confirmed that my call history shows my own number in the list so it's not data but calls. They said that this shouldn't happen and if you think about it, how can you call yourself? It's not even showing on my phone's call history. Only 3 can see this happening in their system. My mobile data settings is switched off and I use wifi most of the time anyway. I also have text message read receipt switched off. The 3p depletion in my credit only started in July.0
