Cancelling sky package for plusnet

Hi, I’m looking to switch from my sky package (tv, broadband and Netflix) at £62 pm to plusnet at £19 pm and Netflix at £9. So the plusnet website says they’ll take care of everything but because I’m only going to them for the broadband side of things will they be able to do this or should I just ring sky first to cancel then go from there?

Thanks

AFAIK Plusnet will only take you if you switch your phone line as well, you can't now just have broadband on its own.

Your Netflix (do you get this on its own or do you get it at the discount through Sky Q?) is irrelevant of the internet provider.

If you want to go to Plusnet, sign up on the website.  They will do everything, your Sky TV will continue to work ,your Netflix is independent and will continue to work.  On switchover day you just need to swap out the Sky router for the Plusnet one.
